I`m happy with my purchase , everything that was needed for my install under the cabinet came in the box and i had nothing else to buy , the water is just like bottled water and has a better taste in my opinion . I Use this on well water that is very very iron laden. Taste great excellent pressure. I purchased this because my water is alkaline and I did not want to do a reverse osmosis system because that would make it more acidic went this route instead very very pleased.

Very, very happy customer… so far!
OK… let start off by thanking the designers of the sink top dispenser (faucet)… the single bolt/nut installation was sensational compared to the two long screws and wing nut installation that I had from my previous Home Depot Glacier Bay system.Additionally, let me thank the designers for including all 3/8” to 1/2” and 1/2” to 3/8” couplers which the Home Depot system didn't include nor do that carry anything of that description in their stock in plumbing.They also included a shut off valve for T branch to the quick connect that goes to the filter…!!!Well Done … Nice Job…!!!The Home Depot system didn’t supply that either. They did an excellent job with everything… the only thing I did additionally was to cut out a circular white piece of thin hard plastic (to match the silicon piece) with a hole in the center (for the faucet bolt to pass) that goes under the dispenser and is placed between the dispenser and the silicon so the metal didn’t or doesn’t cut into the silicone when I was tightening the securing nut for the faucet from underneath.Had a real quick issue with the air in the lines causing a reduced water flow in the main faucet… but that was solved by opening both faucets simultaneously.Thank for your thoughtfulness in the details.Oh by the way… the water tastes great…!!!Excellent Product…!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼Let me ring the Bell on the way out!!!

Easy install, but faucet is awkward
This was SUPER easy to install. Everything you need comes in the box.It truly does filter the water to make it taste better. We are on city water and, as we all know, there's a lot of chlorine. This removes the taste and smell and makes it so much more pleasant to drink. We have been using another big name filter pitcher and really got tired of refilling it. Once I realized that the round cap next to my faucet could come out and I could install another drink tap, I was ecstatic!The included faucet is really nice. It has a good weight to it and a pleasant design. My only gripe with it is the angle of the spout. It's almost like they didn't finish bending it down. We have decent water pressure so if we turn it on all the way, the water shoots at an angle to the corner of the sink. I feel like the water should be more toward the drain on the sink. The good thing is that the water doesn't come out of the sink, it's just different. I don't know why it's designed that way, but maybe it serves a purpose.The filter adapter was easy to install and the filter itself comes out with a simple screw. The replacement filters are pretty pricey, but at least they last a long time. Time will tell how long it will last. I do wish that there was some indicator that was could tell if the flow is restricting and advise you to replace the filter. But at this price point I guess it didn't make sense.Overall, I honestly have no complaints with the water it puts out and that's the most important thing. PERFECT TASTE, HIGH-QUALITY product from Korea with a fancy brushed nickel faucet.
I am extremely pleased with this Made-in-Korea Pureal filter and faucet. It is very easy to install as it connects to your cold water line, and you get super clean and great-tasting water from the tap!I live in Texas where TDS (Total dissolved solids) are not so high that a single filter system would work just fine, and previously had eSpring water filter from Amway, which worked well until the sensor for filter life died suddenly. Fortunately, I learned that a popular Korean water purifier company, Picogram had launched their products on Amazon and decided to give it a try although the price was a bit more expensive than other Chinese makers’- yet much less expensive than Amway one :)I am a self-proclaimed connoisseur and very picky over the taste, and this filtered water from my new fancy brushed nickel tap is MAGIC. My K9 friend who is also very picky and a proven olfactory expert has proved that this water is the go-to water and she would drink only from the bowl of Pureal filtered water, when two bowls of Pureal and tap water were placed separately. She even drinks Pureal water more than bottled water. It tastes even better than the bottled water I buy for work. And I will give 5starts just for that.The packing is also top-notch. In the nicely organized package, you will find an installation manual, a good-looking faucet, and all the bells and whistles even a small roll of Teflon tape for connecting the filter system to your existing cold line. (See the picture)The instructions in the manual were clear and concise with good illustrations.The installation is simple.- and I don’t have any plumbing skills at all.It took much more time to get my tools out, clean out the under-sink, and take out the old parts than to install it.INSTALLATION TIPS1. Tools you need:* a TAPE MEASURE to measure the position of the filter and the length of tube you need.* a BOX CUTTER to cut the tube in the right sizes.* a Drill with Philip driver bit, or Phillip driver* A PECIL to make the position of the filter top* A SPANNER to tighten the nuts.1. *During installation, if your filter position is close to the cold water line and the facet like mine, so that your tubes are even mildly kinked, the tubes will come off on your test-run. That means you have to get the tube straight to the holes and the faucet bottom, and to do that, you may need an extra length of the tube to cut and go around to get the tube lined up with the connecting parts. (See the picture)2. *IMPORTANT: To prevent any leakage, you have to cut the tube straight down and push the tube to the connectors all the way until it firmly stops. I used the box cutter to cut the tube for a straight cut, and it worked well.3. Once you get the water running, you leave it for 5-10mins so that the filter will be ready to get you perfect water that is even tastier than high-end bottled water.After installation, I checked the water pressure. And water pressure was not affected a bit and in fact, the pressure is impressively good enough tofill up a gallon pitcher in 54seconds.CONCLUSION: I highly recommend this water filter.
